By making a booking you agree to all Skydive Lodi & The Parachute Center (referred to as SL&PC) terms and conditions, including; but not limited to, the ones listed on this page.
These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

Booking Terms and Conditions:
All online voucher bookings are given a general admission status, first come first serve with priority checkin included in the price paid.Priority checkin to mean move to the front of the line if holding a valid voucher. Most waits are less than 30 minutes and can be up to an hour or more during peak summer time days. Skydive Lodi & The Parachute Center (referred to as SL&PC) advises you to arrive with no time constraints. You must print your voucher.
Tandem Instructor or Camera Person. Average tips are $10 to $20 US Dollars per person.
Tips are not mandatory and greatly appreciated.
All tickets are not refundable and are not redeemable for cash. However; In some cases of hardship refunds are granted. Any request for refunds require a written request via email, info@SkydiveLodiParachuteCenter.com within 7 days of the appointment date and are treated on a case by case basis. Please include your ticket number, name, email, address, phone, and clearly state your hardship.
All Vouchers are gift certificates, are non refundable. Can be replaced if lost for $25 and expire 12 months from date of purchase. No exceptions.
Treat your ticket and vouchers like cash and take care not to lose it. You are responsible for your appointment date and time. If you are to miss your time you must contact SLPC via email at Info@SkydiveLodiParachuteCenter.com at least 24 hours BEFORE your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule at no extra charge. All tickets purchased through SL&PC will expire 6 months from date of purchase.
Remember to present your ticket for scanning on arrival to check-in as without it, you are unable to skydive. Where the cost of your experience is greater than the value of your ticket, you will be required to pay the difference. Where the cost of your experience is less than the value of your voucher you will not be entitled to a cash refund. All costs for your experience to be based on current prices, not the price you paid for your ticket. Ticket prices include fees for service, operations, and other expenses.
If you purchased a voucher and lose it, you can have another one resent as long as it hasn’t be used/redeemed. If your voucher expires you can get a new one for a $25 reinstatement and handling fee.
Independent business operators whose business is to serve the skydiving community, will often bring their businesses to and operate their business at the Parachute Center, offering their services to new and experienced skydivers. While the services offered by independent business operators vary, they may include tandem skydiving Instruction, certification instruction, and instruction relative to the various disciplines within the sport of skydiving. Other independent business operators offer videography, photography and parachute packing services at the Parachute Center.
To skydive all tandem customers must provide the required details, take part in all safety briefing and training and sign a waiver. SL&PC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed not fit to skydive by management at anytime. It is your responsibility to inform SL&PC’s representatives of any health concerns before jumping. You agree to truthfully answer all health related questions on your waiver.
As safety is The Parachute Center’s main concern, factors such as wind, cloud, rain, thermal turbulence etc. and other factors such as air traffic can affect the time it takes to complete your skydive activity. Weather can change for better or worse in minutes. Although we aim to complete your skydive in the allotted time, please note that if the weather becomes unsafe to skydive we will cancel operations. We understand this may be disappointing, however, we put the safety of our customers and staff above all else. Your ticket is still good for another time before the expiration date.
Weight Limit 300lbs – however, an additional charge of $1.00 per pound will be charged over the body weight of 200 pounds.
Video and Photo Terms and Conditions:
Videos and photographs purchased through SL&PC’s independent contractors remain the copyright of the Skydive Lodi and The Parachute Center’s independent contractors and representatives who took the footage or photographs and they own and retain the right to the footage and photographs. A license agreement exists between Skydive Lodi The Parachute Center and the respective independent contractors who took the respective footage and or photos. Such footage and or photos may be used by SL&PC, it’s independent contractors and associates for company marketing purposes and reproduction of videos sold, and may only be used or reproduced by the purchaser or recipient for private or domestic purposes and must not be used for any commercial purpose, including promotion of any supplier or any supplier’s products or services without the SL&PC’s representative, independent contractors, and Skydive Lodi and The Parachute Centers prior permission.
Please be advised that should there be any technical issues relating to camera/dubbing equipment, no warranties can be made against the individual skydive as the filming and skydive are two separate products.
Videos are made available to all purchasers for viewing on that same day, should you wish to view it. Your acceptance of the Video on the day will be deemed as your approval of the Video being in full working order. No refunds will be made available after your departure from our offices.
Tandem Masters and camera persons are filming in extreme conditions and malfunctions may occur from time to time. Issues of tandem passenger movement, focus, framing, moisture, vibration may result in video and photo content being inconsistent from passenger to passenger. In the event of a complete camera failure, you are responsible for negotiating any refunds or returns with the independent contractor who filmed and edited your video and stills product.
The Parachute Center is dedicated to keeping your details private and as such do not share you private details with other companies and or individuals for marketing purposes.
Be advised that once you accept the Terms and Conditions on the online booking form, it is received by SL&PC and serves as authorization of your payment and acceptance of the terms and conditions stated. You also agree to further indemnify SL&PC, it’s associate companies, independent contractors, directors and associates against any risk or action related to your participation in your skydive.
Jumping Terms & Conditions
By making a booking you agree to all Skydive Lodi & The Parachute Center (referred to as SL&PC) terms and conditions, including; but not limited to, the ones listed on this page.
There is no maximum age for skydiving however will have to meet the minimum health requirements set out in our waiver documentation. We recommend people over 70 seek the advice of their medical practitioner, prior to booking a skydive, to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
Medical conditions, disabilities and medication:
Please advise SL&PC if you have a medical condition, are taking prescription medication or have any disabilities that may impair your ability to skydive or capacity to understand our waiver.
If you do have a medical condition, disability or are taking prescription medication that could impact your ability to skydive or capacity to understand our waiver we recommend you seek medical advice.
In some cases SL&PC may require you to seek medical advice and supply written notification stating that you have been assessed by a medical professional and are capable to complete the skydive safely.
You will be required to sign SL&PCs waiver documentation at time of check-in. By signing the documentation at check in you acknowledge that you have no medical issues that will affect you during your skydive.
We work hard to make sure everyone gets to jump. Those with special needs are taken care of the best we can and most folks get to jump. Each person is treated on a case by case basis.
Note: SL&PC and it’s independent contractors are not qualified to provide a medical opinion to confirm you are healthy to skydive. However SL&PC reserves the right to refuse anybody service if it is suspected you have a physical or health condition that will make it unsafe or not possible for you to skydive.
Alcohol and Recreational Drugs:
No alcohol or recreational drugs are to be consumed at least 8 hours prior to your tandem skydive; we reserve the right to refuse service to clients we suspect to be intoxicated and no refund will be issued.
Due to medical restrictions, you must not scuba dive 24 hours prior to skydiving.
Weight & Size Limits:
Weight and size limits are in place for the safety of the tandem passenger and SL&PC independent contractors. Surcharges apply to certain weight limits, as outlined below. All persons are subject to Tandem Master assessment. Every tandem customer will be weighed prior to boarding the aircraft.
Weight Limit 300lbs – however, an additional charge of $1.00 per pound will be charged over the body weight over 200 pounds.
Factors including, but not limited to, height, size and maneuverability affect your suitability to tandem skydive and SL&PC retain the right to refuse service to any customer based on safety concerns even if you fall within the weight limits listed above.
Appropriate clothing and footwear:
You must come appropriately dressed for skydiving, closed toe flat footwear is ESSENTIAL, such as sport shoes, sneakers or similar suitable footwear. Our support services have basic essentials for you if you forget, including jumpsuit and sweatshirt on a first come first serve basis. Goggle are provided as part of the service by your independent contractor.
